Two adults and two children, four and nine, were rescued from a Tesla that plunged 75m off a cliff in San Mateo County, California, officials said.

The 41-year-old driver is now expected to be charged with multiple counts of attempted murder, with officials claiming he drove off the cliff at Devil’s Slide on purpose.
