The Chinese car giant’s first ute is due to launch in Australia as a plug-in hybrid later this year ahead of an electric version in 2025.
The upcoming BYD dual-cab ute has been spotted testing with little to no camouflage ahead of its unveiling in the coming months, and Australian arrival by the end of this year.
The image – posted on social media websites including South Korea’s Autospy – follows patent images of the new BYD without disguise published last year.
